We are committed to helping young women who are ready to take their lives back and aspire to greatness.
New Destiny Pathways provides housing and life skills education to young women aging out of the foster care and residential services. The founders of NDP began the development of the program in 2011.
The doors opened to our first resident in June of 2012._To date we have been able to house over 60 girls. We have been able to provide a continuum of care to over 20 alumni.

What makes us different?
New Destiny Pathways is an Independent Living Program that provides a transitional living component, life skills development, and a 24-hour in-home Program manager who provides daily care and supervision.

Our Mission
To provide safe, clean, affordable, and supportive housing to young women 17-21 transitioning out of foster care and residential services. New Destiny Pathways is a family-centered living environment, where support staff will help them to reach their highest potential.

What We See
To ensure young women ages 17-21 have the practical living skills that empower them to live independently and become successful individuals in society.

What we Provide
Mentoring, case management, career readiness, mental health support, help developing adult life skills, budgeting assistance, 1:1 goal setting, transportation to appointments, public transportation training, incentive-based character building, employee assistance, coordination with a case manager, education assistance, weekly house meetings to ensure physical and emotional safety
